Organisational Coaching

 

My own experience of leadership and management and early grassroots activism in the building industry underpins my organisational coaching practice. I coach in all sectors – the arts and creative industries, non-profits including large charities, central and local government, social enterprise and in the corporate sector (both large and small) on most aspects of organisational life.  

Clients range from manual workers to CEOs (actual and aspirant), via Boards of Directors and Trusts, all levels of managers and individual employees. Some organisations employ me on a regular basis as the coach for particular teams, and increasingly for bespoke programmes designed round issues of wellbeing, resilience and stress. Having worked on issues of organisational change and facilitated programmes of Team and System Development for many years, I now work exclusively with individuals in the context of their work situation, as I believe that 1:1 coaching enables the greatest changes to take place.

QEC

Quantum Energy Coaching (QEC), created by Dr Melanie Salmon, enables the release of old stuck beliefs, patterns, emotional and relationship issues, phobias, physical health issues and much more.

NLP

NLP: an approach to communication, personal development and psychotherapy created by Bandler and Grinder and developed by others including Judith de Lozier, Robert Dilts and Judith Lowe.

TRE

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), created by Dr David Berceli is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.
